DIRECTOR PROFILE Ar. IDr TEH WENG SOON MANAGING DIRECTOR Ar. IDr Teh Weng Soon, a Malaysian, aged 38, Male, Found the company as managing director in Jan 2025. Ar. Teh has more than 14 years of experience in the Architect firm and Building construction industry. He graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Architecture) from the Curtin University on Dec 2009 and a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University Putra Malaysia on Dec 2016. He started his architect career in Kuala Lumpur Choo Gim Wah Architect in 2010 with involvement in the design and supervision of luxury bungalow in Janda Baik and Glenmarie Subang Jaya. He joined Akitek Akiprima (Top 10 Architect firm) in 2012 and was involved in OSK Atria Damansara 6 storey Shopping Gallery with 2 block 14 storey office tower; Queensville Bandar Sri Permaisuri 4 storey retail shop, 4 block 8 storey office tower, 4 storey shopping mall and 5 block 31 Storey Service Apartment in Phases. Ar. Teh transferred back to Penang Akitek Akiprima in 2017 to work as a Project Architect and takeover project OSK Yarra Park Sungai Petani town ship development Precinct 1-8 consist of Bungalow, Semi-D, Terrace house and Lotus’s Malaysia at Bandar Puteri Jaya; Sunway City Ipoh 252-unit Sunway Onsen Suite Service Apartment; M Summmit Scots Pavilion 22 storey Condominium. He managed to supervise Penang Double Tree Hotel Construction as Project Manager with hotel project experience. Ar. Teh is currently a member of Pertubahan Akitek Malaysia (PAM) and a Registered Graduate Architect with Lembaga Arkitek Malaysia (LAM). He is a founder & principal architect for Weng Soon Architect which establish in year 2023. He was appointed to the DH Land on 2 May 2021 as General Manager. Ar. Teh experience and passion in the construction industry has brought him into the directorship of TUKANG BINA JAYA SDN BHD. Now he plays the leading role in order to bring the company to next level of success.
